Jim Muhlbeier brings many years of experience in the real estate industry to his specialty in land and lot sales.

Jim started out in the real estate industry in 1985 working with Greg Sahar of Gregory Richard Realtors in Bellevue. After three years, Jim moved to John L. Scott Real Estate in Bellevue, Washington, where he honed his skills in land development, lot and project sales. Jim soon earned the prestigious Associate Broker designation.

With a focus on specializing in land acquisition and sales, Jim's annual sales production at John L. Scott regularly ranged between $20 and $40 million. His experience includes all phases of land development from negotiating purchase and sale agreements, to feasibility analysis, through development, to the final element of lot/project sales to end user's. Jim consistently ranked in the top one to two percent of all John L. Scott agents during his tenure there.

Through the years, Jim has developed a loyal clientele who value his efforts and energy in facilitating a land transaction through to completion. Jim enjoys personal relationships with some of the area's largest builders and developers. These are the cornerstone of his approach to his philosophy of "getting it done". The buyers and sellers Jim works with expect his relentless manner to doing business which has built his proven track record of continued success. Jim has sold over 14,000 residential building lots so far in his career.

After 20 years at John L. Scott, Jim decided to move to Windermere Real Estate. In doing so, he has chosen to re-invent himself and develop a sharper focus on renewing and intensifying business relationships with repeat clients as well as following up on referrals.
